Happy Christmas Eve, y'all

Good afternoon OFF family and Merry Eve Christmas DAY! The sun was shining today and that makes me happy!

Had a wonderful time last night at hubby's sister's house. The $10.00 gift exchange game was fun. My grand kids were having a blast too.
Ugh!!...I did nibble on treats and by the time I got home I felt funny...like not enough protein and too much damn sugar. Reclined in my chair and hollered for hubby to just bring me a piece of cheese...instant relief. I went to bed and crashed.

So today I'm trying to detox my body of sugar and walk into work and my beautiful skinny nurse friend offered me a piece of her peanut butter chocolate homemade goodie thingy...nope I said I'll drink my water. Now isn't that Mindful Eating at it's finest??? LOL

Tomorrow it's church and then home to relax before coming back into work again. My outside kitties are having so much fun under our deck with all the leaves, they pounce and chase each other, they are fun to watch while I'm sitting in my hot tub sipping my coffee this morning.
